Wednesday 26 February - Focus on individual WG planning

                         interactions with ICS

13:30-17:30      Organization of interaction/communications  with the WG members
                         and beyond (e.g. stakeholders)

Thursday 27 February

09:00-12:30       A joint session to coordinate the WG plans and ICS interaction (FH, HP, KJ)

14.00-17:30       Discuss and decide on a general EPOS strategy with regards to TCS (MC, KJ)

Conference outomes:
The outcome of the meeting should be a clear composite TCS plan incorporating governance, finances, IPR and technical plan. The composite TCS plan should: 1) document in a uniform way all the TCS plans, 2) clarify the TCS - ICS interactions, 3) set up a general EPOS TCS strategy, 4) provide input to an ICS (implementation) plan and strategy.
