RNDr. Hana Hanzlíková, Ph.D. specializes in research on the influence of solar and geomagnetic activity on atmospheric circulation, biometeorology, environmental epidemiology and participates in research on environmental magnetism. Her research focuses on the relationships between weather, influenza epidemics and seasonal mortality, in collaboration with J. Kyselý, A. Urban, E. Plavcová from the Institute of Atmospheric Physics, CAS and J. Kynčl from the National Institute of Public Health, Prague. The research on the influence of solar activity on atmospheric circulation is carried out in cooperation with R. Huth from the Institute of Atmospheric Physics, CAS.
