We solve current problems of theory and modelling of wave phenomena in realistic elastic or attenuative, isotropic or anisotropic media of complex structures, plus related seismic source processes of natural and induced earthquakes. The recent developments in observational seismology and computer modelling allow us to apply advanced theoretical approaches in robust geophysical models and methods applicable to earthquake risk
