Seismological station Moravský Krumlov (KRUC) was built in 1995 in cooperation with the Zentralanstalt für Meteorologie ung Geodynamik (ZAMG) in Vienna. KRUC is situated in a tunnel about 5 km northeast of Moravský Krumlov. Station KRUC is part of the Alpine-Carpathian Seismological Network (ACORN) and the Czech Regioanl Seismic Network.
