Kaleb Wagner is a researcher with the Surface Processes & Paleoclimates team (Institute of Geophysics, Czech Academy of Science) and a PhD student at Charles University (Department of Physical Geography & Geoecology, Faculty of Science). He focuses on the use of sedimentary and geomorphologic archives to reconstruct the extent and dynamics of continental ice sheets. Under advisory by Dr. John Jansen and Dr. Martin Margold, his current work aims to better constrain the timing of the maximal Eurasian Ice Sheet during the Early-Middle Pleistocene via application of terrestrial cosmogenic nuclide burial dating.
